  • This cable replaces Rode, BOYA and Movo SC7 3.5mm TRS (3-pole) to TRRS (4-pole) Patch Cable. This can be used to connect your iPhone, Adroid Smartphone or any other electronic devices with combined mic/headphone TRRS CTIA jack into a recording microphone that requires a TRS input.
  • This cable is designed to allow the BOYA mic, Rode and Movo VideoMic GO to connect to TRRS compatible devices such as the iPhone, iPad, Android phones and more. Great with Youtube Vlogging Facebook Livestream. Configuration: 3.5mm TRS (Tip Ring Sleeve, 3-Pole) Male to 3.5mm TRRS (Tip Ring Ring Sleeve, 4-Pole) Male, Approximately 9 inches long (coiled length).
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are using an iPhone with no 3.5mm jack (i.e., iPhone X), make sure that you are using the original Apple lightning to 3.5mm adapter (or an equivalent adapters that can be connected to a microphone). Most replacement lightning to 3.5mm adapters are not capable of connecting to a microphone. Similarly, if you are using an Android device with no 3.5mm jack, make sure that you are using a USB C to 3.5mm adapter that can be connected to a microphone.
  • Instruction: plug the grey head (3 rings or TRRS side) into the iPhone or mic/headset jack that requires a TRRS input, and the black one into the mic. Great for connecting recording microphones with 3.5 TRS input into Smartphones, iPhone and other electronic devices with a 3.5 TRRS jack.
